Registration for Round Table Sessions

Please sign up for the expert(s) of your choice with the online form here or at the top of the right side. Please note that you need to be registered for ECCMID 2015 in order to sign up for the TAE Trainees Day. Therefore, please insert your ECCMID registration ID within the form. Registration number is limited to 10 participants per round table. Registration deadline is 13 April 2015. You will receive a final confirmation to which expert(s) you have been assigned by 16 April 2015. Please note that you should choose at least two and a maximum of three priorities per respective session and only choose each expert once. Please be aware that you need to be 35 years of age or younger in order to be eligible for participation. Persons older than this will not be admitted to the round table sessions.
