Accommodation
Kenes International will obtain special accommodation rates for Congress participants.

Climate
The weather in Copenhagen during the end of April is dry with occasional rain. The average temperature is 6º – 10º C.
CME Accreditation
ECCMID is applying for CME Accreditation of the 25th ECCMID Congress. Updates regarding the number of CME credits will be posted on the website when information becomes available.
ECCMID Travel Grants
ESCMID provides a number of Travel Grants for Young Scientists. Further details are published on the ESCMID website.
Exhibition
A commercial and industrial exhibition will take place within the framework of the congress. Please refer to the List of Exhibitors for further information.

Language
The official language of the congress is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
Liability and Insurance
The organiser is not able to take any responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property during the congress. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
Official Letter of Invitation
Please click here to receive a personal letter of invitation for the 25th ECCMID congress. Alternatively, upon request, the Congress Secretariat will send a personal invitation that can be used to assist participants to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa. The invitation is not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support. Applications for invitation letters from the secretariat must be received at least 6 weeks prior to the congress.

How to Reach the Congress Venue by Public Transportation
Bella Center is just a 10-15 minute taxi drive from Copenhagen Central Station. From Copenhagen Central Station you can also get to Bella Center in 20-25 minutes by taking bus line 30. All regional trains also stop at Ørestad Station, where you can transfer to the Metro.

The Metro line M1 runs between Vanløse and Vestamager (West Amager). The Bella Center Metro Station is located next to Bella Center's East Entrance
Taxi
A taxi from Bella Center to the city centre costs about DKK 200.
Taking a Taxi from the Airport
A taxi from Bella Center to Copenhagen Airport costs about DKK 150-200.
Bella Center is just a 10 minute taxi drive from Copenhagen Airport (estimated price: DKK 150-200), from which there are many international and domestic flights every day. A regional train runs from the airport to Ørestad Station.
