* Abstract authors must register for the congress by 21 January 2015 or advise us of withdrawal by this date.
Registration ensures publication. Authors with accepted abstracts are entitled to the "Early Bird" registration fee rate if registered before 21 January 2015.
** Young physicians/scientists, born in 1979 or later (copy of passport and written confirmation of head of department obligatory)
*** Students need to attach a copy of their student ID
**** Day tickets are available onsite only

Cancelation policy:

 

All cancellations must be e-mailed, fees will be as follows: 

  • Cancellations received up and including 2 February 2015 – full refund
  • Cancellations received between 2 February to 16 March 2015 – 50% will be refunded
  • After 16 March 2015 – no refund will be made

 

ECCMID Travel Grants

ESCMID Young Scientist members (35 years-of-age or younger), who wish to attend the 25th ECCMID in Copenhagen, may apply for support. Abstracts are evaluated by blind review and on this basis, up to 100 abstracts with the the highest scores are offered free registration. Of these individuals, an additional travel grant is awarded to those with the highest scores. More information can be found on the ESCMID website.

Accredited journalists are welcome to cover the 25th ECCMID. Please find more information here.

You will also be requested to show your press identification upon registration. A fully equipped press centre will be at your disposal during the congress.
