How can I login to register?

You can use your ESCMID Member account to login. If you are not a member, please register either as member or user here.

Can I use my login details from ECCMID 2014?

Unfortunately not. Please use this link to either login with your ESCMID member ID and password or create a new account as member or user.

How can I become ESCMID Member?

You can register and become ESCMID Member on the ESCMID Website. Please follow this link  in order register or renew Membership.

My email address is already registered, but I do not have a password!

You can receive your password, by retrieving it under “Forgot password” under the login box. You will directly receive a reset password in an email. If it does not appear in your inbox, please check the SPAM folder.

I do not want to become ESCMID Member, but want to register to ECCMID!

Please create a “User Account” under this link. As soon as you have finished you will be redirected to your ESCMID profile and just have to click on “Register to ECCMID 2015”.

How do I register for the Congress?

How can I pay the registration fees?

Payment of registration fees can be made by a credit card. You can pay online as part of the registration process.

Can I receive an invoice under the sponsoring Company/ Hospital’s name?

Yes. If you require an invoice to be issued to the sponsoring company, please fill the “Billing details” in the required fields online.

Can I register for the Congress without paying?

Yes, but your registration will be confirmed only when full payment is received.

Can I register before the early fee deadline and pay later?

In order to benefit from the early fee registration discount, payment must be received before the deadline.

Can I register on site?

Yes. Onsite registration is available during the Congress days. Onsite fees will apply.

What does my registration fees include?

Will I receive a confirmation letter after I have finished registering?

Yes. A detailed confirmation letter and receipt will be sent to you by email as soon as payment is received and registration is completed.
